Roast vegetables, baby spinach, goat’s cheese and warm orange sauce.
 
Middle Eastern Salad with Haloumi 
Pistachio crumbed haloumi on mixed leaves with eggplant, fresh dates, roasted beetroot, cherry tomato and a pomegranate molasses dressing.

Grilled marinated lamb back strap with eggplant jam, beetroot relish, mixed leaves and tomato on warm Turkish roll.
